Millmetric provides millwork shop-drawing and drafting services to commercial and residential fabrication shops. We treat the drawings, specifications, and business information you share with us as confidential. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to scope, produce, and deliver your drawing sets:

• Contact details you provide through our estimate form, email, phone, or text — name, shop or company name, email, and phone number.
• Project materials you send us — architectural drawings, specifications, RFIs, finish schedules, file links, and related correspondence.
• Basic usage data from our website, such as pages visited and approximate region, collected through standard server logs and privacy-respecting analytics. We do not use this to build advertising profiles.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to estimate requests, produce and revise your drawing sets, deliver native and CNC-ready files, invoice for completed work, and communicate with you about active projects. We do not sell your information, and we do not share project files with third parties without your permission.

Confidentiality of project files

Your drawings and the client relationships behind them stay yours. We work under an NDA on request, store project files on US-based servers, and never reuse, resell, or reference your drawings as samples or marketing without your explicit written consent. Portfolio examples on this site are representative and anonymized.

Data retention and security

We keep active-project files for the duration of the engagement and a reasonable period afterward for revisions, warranty, and record-keeping, then archive or delete them on request. Files are transmitted over encrypted connections and access is limited to the team members working your project.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to confirm what information we hold, correct it, or delete project files we no longer need to retain. Email v@millmetric.com and we will respond promptly.
