Kickoff to CNC-ready, in five steps.
A proven sequence that gets your set drawn, reviewed, and posted — with one point of contact and senior review the whole way through. Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days after kickoff.
Project kickoff & RFI review
Send us your architectural drawings and specs. We review every RFI and clarify open questions before a single line is drawn — so nothing gets drafted twice.
Initial drafting
Our team produces AWI-compliant shop drawings with full dimensions, Division 06 & 12 specs, and complete hardware details — built on a 1,400+ product parametric library.
Client review & markup
Review the initial drawings and return feedback as a marked-up PDF. Shop-level fabrication standards are verified at this stage, and revisions come back fast.
Client sign-off
Final drawings are approved. All redline changes from shop review are incorporated, and the drawing set is locked for production — no moving target on the floor.
VIF changes & CNC-ready files
Final verify-in-field markups are incorporated, then the complete production package ships — native files, assembly sheets, cut lists, nesting, G-code, and material reports.
Everything posts at once.
Step five isn't a PDF and a promise. It's the entire production stack, ready the moment you open the file.
Native + submittal set
Microvellum / Cabinet Vision native files alongside the AWI-compliant plotter-ready PDF package.
Floor-ready outputs
G-code posted to your controller, nesting layouts with yield, cut lists, and bar-coded assembly labels.
Start at step one.
Send your architectural set and we'll come back with a scoped estimate in 24–48 hours.
